Garrett Waller is a Certified HYROX Performance Coach based in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. He's guided athletes from their first sign-up all the way to the podium — not by guessing at their fitness, but by diagnosing it first.

The HYROX DC Prep System was built to help athletes stop guessing and train with a clear race-day plan. Every system starts with official HYROX testing, identifies your biggest limiter, and builds your prep around what actually needs to improve.

A 30-minute assessment of your performance across HYROX's 8 stations plus run capacity. It identifies your primary limiter — the station or demand that will most impact your race result. You leave with a benchmark sheet, a tier recommendation, and a preview of your 12-week roadmap. Delivered same day. No commitment to a program required.
Group Performance Prep starts at $299/mo or $549/mo. Partner Performance Prep is $600/person/mo. Private Precision Coaching is by application. Pricing is confirmed during the application review for Partner and Private tiers.
The program is built around 5 sessions per week. Average session length is 45–60 minutes. Programming scales to your current capacity and is adjusted weekly based on your output data. If your schedule requires fewer sessions, that is addressed during the test debrief.
The HYROX Conditioning Test determines your starting point — not a pre-set fitness threshold. If you are training for HYROX DC, you qualify to take the test. The program is built from your benchmark data, not a generic fitness level assumption.
All programming is delivered through the Output Capture App. Daily sessions are loaded into the app each week. You log your output, Garrett reviews it, and adjustments are made before the next week loads. You always know what you're training and why.
In race week, every athlete gets a strategy session with Garrett. This covers: pacing plan by station, rest intervals, transition strategy, mental cues for your limiter station, and how to approach the final run. You go to the start line with a plan — not a hope.
Book the Conditioning Test and we will assess where you are. The 12-week program starts June 8. If your race window is shorter, a condensed prep path may be built. That decision is made after the test, not before.
Group Prep: 15 or 12-week program in a DC cohort. Shared programming built for HYROX DC. Coach-led.

Partner Prep: Same system, built for two athletes racing together. Partner-specific programming, team pacing strategy, and race-day coordination plan. Application required.
